Position Overview
We are seeking a Succession Planning Lawyer with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in the field to enhance our probate and wills sector. This growing area promises significant development potential, where your expertise could greatly expand our client base. The role focuses on probate administration and basic wills, without court duties, and includes collaboration with our Legal Executive experienced in probate, highlighting an opportunity for leadership and expansion within the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Consulting with clients, under some limited supervision, transitioning promptly to manage your caseload independently.
  • Working with our Legal Executive in effecting probate application and administration.
  • Driving strategic marketing initiatives to expand our succession planning and estate law services, targeting more complex cases and broadening our client base in this key practice area.
  • Exercising discretion within your level of skill and training, maintaining safety standards and effective communication.
  • Adapting to changing work environments and complete tasks to the highest standard within your scope of competence and training.

About you

  • 2+ years of experience in succession planning, wills, and estates.
  • Hold an Unsupervised Practising Certificate.
  • Ethical, diligent, and capable of independent and collaborative work.
  • Excellent at communication, able to handle client matters with sensitivity and confidentiality.
  • Creative and curious, ready to challenge conventional practices while dedicated to your work.
