Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to spearhead our Family Law division. This pivotal role involves overseeing comprehensive legal processes, from litigation to client interaction and court representation, starting with guided supervision before transitioning to complete independence.

With the option to be based in Melbourne or Bendigo, this position offers unparalleled flexibility that supports your best work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Initially working under supervision, transitioning to independent client consultations and court advocacy.
• Conducting client meetings with a view to moving to unsupervised meetings across various matters.
• Advocating in court as a solicitor advocate, with the potential to expand this role.
• Being responsible for the quality of your work, working under general supervision, and as part of a team.
• Exercising discretion within your skill level, ensuring safety, effective communication, and adapting to changing work environments.

About You

• A highly skilled professional with a solid foundation in family law.
• Hold an Unsupervised Practising Certificate
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating creativity, curiosity, and a commitment to excellence.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of handling sensitive and confidential client interactions.
• Be prepared to lead the way as a senior solicitor and drive cases forward to successful conclusions for our clients.

What We Offer

• Competitive Salary Range: $100,000 to $130,000, depending on experience.
