Bailey attained a wealth of experience on the ‘other side of the bench’ working as Deputy Associate to the then Senior Judicial Registrar Hoult, at the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
This experience elevated Bailey’s understanding of the Family Law Act in its litigation operation, the niche of the judiciary’s inner workings, and created connections with well-respected barristers.
